GROUNDBREAKERS

A B O U T

Groundbreakers is a 4-day conference designed to empower Black professionals in land-related industries such as land development, architecture, structural engineering, law, urban planning, and construction by fostering connections, collaboration, education, and opportunity. The inaugural conference will be held in Charlotte, NC in the fall of 2026.

WHAT IS IT?

WHY IS IT?

Black professionals are underrepresented in land development and its related industries, limiting diversity of thought, innovation, and equitable solutions in these critical fields.
